PBF and Pac are #1 and #2 because they've moved up in weight and dominated. Winky is great, but he's been fighting in his natural division. Like it or not, moving up in weight does a lot for a boxers status by proving they are good enough to beat bigger guys. Mayweather is undefeated and is the best fighter overall. Winky beat Mosley, Trinidad, and Quartey. He didn't beat Jermain. I don't see how Winky's resume is more impressive and he is #1 P4P. I'm only impressed with him beating Mosley and giving Jermain a hard time. Trinidad is washed up.
