no, I dont think butterfat was ever hurt. He was just getting stopped in his tracks over and over and over. Butterbean was the one that scored the ""knockdown"" even though holmes never went down and the ropes didnt keep him from going down either. Holmes legs didnt look under him the whole fight cause he kept stumbling and tripping over his own feet and having missteps and akward bouncing.
