My favorite has to be Byrd/Wlad II.
Even though it's a big white man bullying around a much smaller black guy whom he already beat up. I like everything about it. Even the commentary.

I have nothing against Byrd. In fact, I admired his defensive abilities ever since I first saw him fight

I just find that fight funny and entertaining all at the same time. Remember the part where he says, "What'd he hit me with? What'd he hit me with? A right hand?
