This book is full of ****. You can buy Roy Jones' training dvd and see that his previous and current workouts are completely different from this. You can also go to Kostya Tszyu's website and look at all his training pics, or buy his fitness book and all of his training is different from that.

                some people have weird fears.

u got the greatest fighter ever sugar ray robinson who would fight just about anyone (maybe not charley burley, i think he would've if the $ was right), but scared to ride an elevator.

i dunno know if tyson was intimidated by lewis and holyfield (rematch), he seemed like it....how is a man who wrestles with tigers going to be scared of another man?

Which one? Heart of a Champion?

i bought that one expecting to see some really cool workouts, but 3/4 of the dvd was people talking about how great roy is.

the training segments were good, they should've had more of it.

Roy also had another ESPN special covering his training for the Ruiz fight.

i've heard that these big time boxers run 60 miles a min and they can bench 380 .. swim 2 lengths of the pool in a nano second ...

the book tends to be a little more to the truth than what we hear the fighters blabbing about they just dont wanna have to come out and say what kinda juice they're on that makes there bodys as fit as they are
