Every NY prospect seems to be coming out of Starret City, like Salita and Malignaggi. Stark fights at 122, and I think there is a lot of good comp there in the East coast. John Scully's man Mike Oliver for one is an exceptional fighter who would be dead even on paper probably with Stark.
