Who has seen this guy fight? I was at his fight the other night, he is a serious prospect. He can ****, but he is also technically solid. He doesn't have big power, but he fights sooo hard. He has an insatiable desire to win. Above all his other qualities, he wants so bad to win that its hard to ignore. He gives his opponents angles and always outworks his opponents. He's from Staten Island and I believe he's Puerto Rican and some kind of European mix. He's a serious ass dude.

Bull****, Stark is a legitimate prospect with a solid amateur pedigree. All of those guys you listed above are serious contenders/prospects with amateur credentials.

This Gary Stark Jr bloke looks like a bit of a Black/White/Native crossbreed. Very Puerto Rican looking.

In fact I've just checked and he is Guatemalan/***ish on his dad's side and has a Puerto Rican mum.

the problem with gary starks is that its hard for him to get fights in the east coast, i beleive he fights at 130 and the real comp for 130 is in the west coast.
he has a nice following in nyc. i beleive he trains in starret city...
