Pacquiao Out, Barrera-Marquez is Close

But Barrera has been calling it a bad night for so long and not doing anything to prove to the contrary, that he's always going to be labelled a coward until he gets in there with Pacquiao. Even if it's not his fault this time, it definitely has been for the past 3 years, so it's his fault by default and if the fight never happens or gets derailed by Barrera losing, then he will go down as having run from this guy. That's just the way it is.

Even if Barrera loses, it makes the Pacquiao-Marquez rematch huge. And if Marquez loses, it makes Pacquiao-Barrera even bigger.

Sometimes **** just happens, even Corrales giving Casamayor a promised rematch did not happen for over 2 1/2 years. Sometimes there is money to be made fighting other guys, but right now he only has Marquez and Pacquiao.

Corrales went from Casamayor to an undefeated, power puncher in Freitas, followed by a middleweight fighting at lightweight named Castillo. he knocked them both out. that is no way comparable to Barrera fighting Marquez instead of Pacquiao, especially considering Pacquiao already beat the **** out of both of them. only difference is he was robbed when it went to a decision. hell, Pacquiao still hasn't won a decision in the U.S. so he has to knock everybody out just so they don't **** up his wins.

This sucks, I wanted to see either one fight Pac. Barrera v Marquez should be a good fight but it's not the fight most of us wanted to see. Maybe Pac should lean towards a Juan Diaz fight.
