People are build diffirent ways, some are naturally slow or fast. U can teach speed but not to all.

Example, Randy Suico, a Pinoy boxer. The first time i watched him was in USC last September. His facial expression looks like his sleepy. The way he moves is slow. Can u teach him speed? U can but it won't be as fast as Pacman or Pretty Boy. He will probably increase his speed by only 10 percent.

I thought I heard him say he doesn't do weight training coz that would slow you down. His muscles must have developed from some other type of training ...maybe sparring...I don't know.
