Nobody in America has any respect for the punk. He is worthless in America anyway. Just another Ottke, WHO CARES!
Miranda is the only punk I see.

His BIG mouth is all he has got. He wants a belt, tell him to shut the **** up, go to Germany, and actually fight instead of being a dirty mofo in the ring.

You want a belt bad enough, and you know you can win it, you go to anyones home turf, SHOW SOMETHIN SPECIAL and WIN THE BELT, so that way there are no doubts and no questions asked.

Miranda LOST to Abraham, and all his bull**** talk that he should be the champ doesn't fly with me.

And you brits know this if you say Reid-Ottke. No matter what any example you want to bring up about the U.S., Germany has been much worse, period, end of story.

As far as Europe being the future of boxing, I've already told you why that's not the case. Anyone who thinks it is the future of boxing is just wrong, period, and must be xenophobic themselves if they are so afraid to admit the truth of the matter. Americans have PLENTY of titleholders, and even the ones that are NOT American are mostly fighting HERE.

Therefore, the future of boxing is not 'in Europe'. Thank you and goodnight.

Did you get that pm I sent, Mr. No Reply?

Anyway, the old "if you disagree with me then you're wrong" argument, huh? Never fails.

While I do take some of the points it's not all that clear cut. And tell me why the future of the boxing is in America cos I haven't read all seven pages... is it the money thing?

They should push more money into boxing worldwide. If boxing's reliant on the finance of one country when it's a WORLD sport (And I'm not sure that it is) then there's something wrong with that, wouldn't you say?

And at this present moment I'm willing to stick my balls on the line and say there are more European belt holders than American. I'll research it further if you want to argue the toss. Also, many of the US belt holders are looking pretty vulnerable right now. (Bell, Taylor...)

Yeah, Americans tend to overlook the turn-out of that fight (Sturm-DLH), but there's many, many more.

I think Miranda is going to fight in Germany because he knows he is going to KO Abraham for sure. if you have a broken chin it wont grow stronger in month or two and sometimes in a half year depends on the break itself but now Abraham chin becoms more fragili
Don't put the UK on the same level as Germany. The UK isn't even as bad as the US when it comes to officiating.

No one's wrong because they disagree with me, but people who disagree with me are often wrong. And thanks for the PMs, I just tend not to reply because for some reason it takes up space when I reply.

If you count the WBO, which many people do not, then the Euros might have more champs. Even if that's the case, more and more of their champs are fighting here, thus totally defeating the case that the future is in Europe. America has the biggest TV audience in the world, so when you fight here, you already ARE on the world stage. Our stations go out across the globe to perhaps billions...not sure.

This is a case based on facts and merit. My case is not that 'we are better so screw the rest of em'. But Euro guys are recognizing more and more that they need to come to the U.S. to get more cred and exposure. More power to em. Their fans also should realize the same thing. The best heavyweight in the world fights in the U.S., and is trained by an American. Adamek is fighting here now. Hatton is fighting here. Liahkovich and Maskaev fight here mostly. You rarely see an American fighter having to whittle out a career overseas.

Germany is in a world of it's own. Sauerland owns their own commission for God's sake, what else needs to be said?

It would be like if Don King said come fight in Las Vegas, and we will have the Don King commission oversee the fight.

I mean only in Germany do you see the ringside Doctor cheering on a fighter and a promoter overruling a ref and calling the shots during a fight.

Hometown decisions are one thing, but all the other **** Sauerland gets away with is unreal.

The good thing is that Abraham is DONE! No more hometown cooking for him!

You cheeky ****, do you want the AVI of the Tumpranda-Gibbs fight on Friday, yes or no? (And you can delete your "sent" messages to clear your pm tray, you know)

See, I'm saying SHOULD THIS BE THE CASE?

If all four heavyweight titlists were Europeans (which for a few brief months was the case) then why, LOGICALLY, should they go to a completely foreign country (foreign to both parties if it's a unification bout) to contest it? I'm not really talking about the logistics of it, I'm talking more about the realistic logic behind it. And when someone says that the future of boxing is in Europe then yes, they're not speaking factually, but why shouldn't it be? Why do I have to rely on SKY and HBO to show me these fights? Why can't I get a broadcast from Schnell, Schnell! Calzaghun duckeshun Kessler, Schnell! TV. (A very reputable company, by all accounts). And my post was more directed towards guys like Pantera who say **** like "Abraham is nothing in America, so he doesn't count." But the guy has legitimately contested a title. It's like if a tree falls in a forest that isn't in the United States... do Americans hear it fall?

as for the WBO, I didn't count them cos it stands for Frank Warren's Limeys. Though they decided that the FWL didn't have the same ring.

You know I'm only bringing you off by hand most of the time though, SL, right?
