Look that's how I see it. Germans was weak as hell at that time. They were a bunch of followers and acted out of fear of Hitler. Who with a sane mind would follow him? Either they were all insane or cowards. Zab Judah, Floyd Mayweather, James Toney, Shannon Briggs. The attitude these guys put on just rubs me the wrong way. It's the same way with rap, I enjoy listening to the music, enjoy the beats, but I can't stand the image and lifestyle.

Some of my favorite fighters, Sam Peter, Edison Miranda, Lamon Brewster, Danny Williams, etc are black but I just can't go for the thug thing. It's against almost everything I stand for to be so flashy and materialistic and to condone casual violence with guns.

This does not make me a racist. I just don't like that lifestlye/image.

I used to look up to the Zab Judah's, Kevin Garnett's, and Randy Moss's of the world.

But then I grew up......for the record Kevin Garnett is still my favorite basketball player though.

I don't know that I completely agree with your reasoning, but you make a point, and it's not a new viewpoint to me - I know people who dislike athletes who portray themselves in a way that people don't approve.

Willie Pepo is nowhere near one of my favorite fighters. I respect that he's one of the greatest fighters ever but he doesn't even make my top ten list for favorites.

There's only 2-3 people on this thread who are actually being ****** enough to call Kid a racist or thing his points are somehow racially based... these people are morons and responding to them will probably only lead to the scratching of heads on their part.
