Clint has always acted extremely thuggish. Probably the most thuggish behavior of any actor I can think of. His whole presentation is an open challenge.

...Hold the phone. Clint was a mild mannered photographer in Bridges was he not? In his cop roles(Dirty Harry) he was just a bad ass that didn't put up with thugs. In the "Any which way but Loose" roles and the following movies he was a street fighter but no thug. His finest role was in the "Outlaw Jose Wales" and he was just looking for a little payback. Mostly a surly good guy who put the really really bad guys in check.Comment

...lol lol I never thought about it too hard. Say, aren't we slightly gay for even watching that film? I just watched "Pale Rider" again the other day. It was good but it never compared to "High Plaines Drifter".Comment
