Have you gone through puberty yet? Your balls dropped yet?...Doesn't sound like it I could have sworn I heard that voice break when you was talking. Read the article and you will see what its about..

How can PBF expect people to compare him to SRR if he doesnt fight people the boxing fans want and expect him to fight. Cotto, Hatton, etc etc. Depending how he does against his peers is how i feel i can judge him. Looking great against gatti and baldimor hasnt answered any questions about him. The only questions hes answered with these guys is if he doesnt want to get hit, he is hard to hit. I mean i think it is easy for anyone if they go into a match with the sole purpose of not getting hit, they can make for a boring fight. Anyone can do that. Or at least a lot of boxers could with that mindset. But where is the offensive abilities to match the defensive. Like SRR or Leanord or the offensives of say Duran, and Hagler.

Its like PBF is terrified of being hit, so is basically running for dear life, and anyone like that is hard to catch. But with his pokerface you cant sense his fear. He is a bit like Audley Harrison against Danny Williams in the first fight. But Audleys face showed the fear of getting hit.

              1. Hatton and Cotto were both offered fights that they or their team turned down. This is not an opinion, it is fact. It cames straight from their mouths.

              2. Its easy to go into a fight and only try to not be hit? You obviously have never been in the ring. Floyd goes into the ring with the sole purpose of WINNING. Which he does. You do that by either KOing someone or outboxing them. Just because he doesn't KO them doesn't mean he isn't dominating the fight.

              3. Did you really compare Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Audley Harrison? Be serious.

Ok Cotto and Hatton turned down the fights. Be the reason they didnt think they could beat him, or werent offered the right money or the offer came at the wrong time. For me to gauge PBF he needs to go in the ring with someone i myself rate. Go in the ring with someone i think might beat him. That is how i would gauge PBF. I am not saying PBF isnt any good. I know he is good. He is rated No1 p4p, and i am not saying i know more than these people.
Just that there are people i want to see PBF use his skills against. And then i can better gauge him, within myself.

I completely agree that it would be great to see him in the ring with these guys. I just don't understand how people can bash his competition when they were the best guys out there that would fight him. Its comparable to Winky Wright. He was always good, but nobody would fight him until recently. Should we ask Floyd to hang around until he's in his mid-30's for guys to decide they can fight him now? or should we tell these other guys to stop stalling and get the **** in the ring?

Also PBF is similar to Joe Calzaghe in that he is good but some say he hasnt really fought anyone. PBF has fought good fighters. Not neccesarily the best available in the world today. And for him to be comparable to SRR or Ali you would at least expect him to beat the best out there at the moment. But he has fought good fighters. Some admittedly were so called bums. PBF has beaten most of them comfortably, so we know he is a good boxer. But from the people he has beaten, are we really able to assess him. We are supposed to compare him to SRR, or Ali, and that is where i have the problem. Well......not even problem- but issue.
And that goes back to my point. If PBF would fight and beat guys myself rate i would be more prepared to assess PBF in comparison to those legends.
