I thought after those rounds Gonzalez fought ******, he should have kept fighting on the ouside but ****ing Vazquez man did he ever come back. Great fight and what a worrior Vazquez is, both of them were worriors.

I specifically remember the HBO crew asking Manny Steward, "Should Gonzalez finish off Vasquez now?" And Manny said, yes he should get in and finish him.
As soon as they said that I yelled, "NO." Gonzalez was fighting a perfect fight.

I watch this fight all the time before I spar.

I think it was the right time to take a few risks,even if it cost him.I mean he had him down,twice,and up to that point,winning a complete shutout.

I just think the move up was a little much,especially fighting a guy whos a big puncher in the first place.
