Rocky has better 1 punch KO power and Pac is not the hardest person to hit. Everyone is talking about Rocky never tasting Pacs speed and power but Pacman hasnt tasted power like Rockys. If he was hurt by Eric he could be badly hurt by Rocky.

Rocky is a bit overrated fighter. Yes he has a good 1 punch KO against bums.. he couldnt even make Barrera / Velasquez sit in the the canvass...
