pacquiao is not included in the lawsuit...

that is why they are gonna have open bids for the fight starting jan 12 if golden boy and top rank cant come to a conclusion...therefore manny and barrera can fight for which ever other promoter wins the bidding war seems don king has his eyes set on the prize.
