    Let's hold up on that.

He was floored 3 times by Karmazin, 4 times by Silva, and got tagged with a right hand that put him on the canvas 1 minute into the fight against Rubio.

No his power is not overated. Ouma has a good chin. Enough said. Some people take better shots than other fighters. That's why they're elite fighters.

Like Toney, Nard, Hagler, Castillo, McCullough, and McCall?

They've been down on the canvas a combined 1 time and that wasn't even a knockdown because JT was off balance when roy was throwing. Mercado landed a flash KD on X and that's that.

Most of them being body shot knockdowns... Or chin shots after being rocked by body shots.

if he put his energy on his punches rather than on the clinching maybe he could have ended in a ko win against ouma LOL!

he has stern punching power, and strong arms that allow him to push opponents around. which is why his punches seemed to be tossing wright around the ring when his shots landed on the gloves. not really concussive 1-punch ko power.

both were knocked down in the past actually

i think taylor power is nothing special given his size.

however his power mostly shows in his jab i think:
not powerful enough to stop ppl of course, but powerful enough to discourage ppl and change their plans.

I never really seen Taylor as a one punch KO artist. He would batter you for 12 rounds if anything.. He is big. That doesn't mean he will KO everyone he fights.
