Who Wins This Fight At 160?

I have been saying from the begining that Taylor is highly uncoordinated and not techniqally sound. It is getting more clear every fight and you have to wonder will he ever get it. With that being said, his physical attributes are as good as any Middleweight in the history of the game. His attributes are probally the best since RJ & Toney. By that Im speaking of his combination of speed & power. It just doesnt come much better then his but if you dont know how to master it then you wont ever reach your full potential.

He still doesnt know the art of boxing and he still fights dumb at times. However, with his physical attributes he can hang with anyone in the game as you saw in the Winky fight. Now watching the fight tonight, I started thinking about a great matchup half way through it. I said to myself that Taylor is great physically but skill wise can he dominate any elite fighter his size? There talking about him fight Calzaghe which I think would be a great fight and he would do alot better in that fight then some of you are giving him credit for. My problem is that Taylor has great size but is he a Super Middleweight? I mean he still only comes into the ring at like a 166 pounds so I dont think he should move up yet. He could fight Winky which would be great but there's one fight I now want to see more and thats against Tito!

I dont know if Tito is serious about fighting but he did say that he would think hard about a Oscar fight. I think Tito realizes he is past his prime and there are certain guys he cant fight anymore. I guy with alot of skill & technique would give Tito hell at this stage but Taylor doesnt have that. I think Tito could be very interested in fighting the #1 Middleweight in the game and I think he probally feels that he can legitimatly beat him even at this stage of his career. I think Tito is intrigued because its a chance to knock off a top guy, its a huge money fight, and Taylor wont run or be a great boxer. He will want to fight with Tito and Tito would love that, knowing that Taylor cant really outbox him. He probally thinks Taylor will be there for him to hit and that he could really hurt Taylor, as long as he can hold up to Taylor's punches.

To me, I think this would be a super fight and a high action fight and I wouldnt be shocked if Tito came out of this with a huge win. That would really cement Tito's suddenly tarnished legacy. Who do you guys think wins, how, and why?

Taylor is bigger, quicker, and stronger than Tito. He'll take tito out quicker than Bernard did.

I have always thought that if Trinidad were to return he should fight TAylor. IMO I think Trinidad would stop Taylor late. I would not be surprsied to see Tito hit the canvas early but his power will get to Taylor. Today's fight didnt change my thoughts. Trinidad would just push Taylor back

I still say Taylor murders tito, especially now.

You guys cant be serious.A retired tito would come back and KO Taylor, huh?

        Yeah okay sure.

Thats not to take anything away from tito,he was a great fighter.Who made his mark @ 147.And yeah taylor looked very lacking tonight. But come on.Taylor would kil tito with a jab alone.

what kind of fighter beats Trinidad? Someone with a good defense or good movement. (hopkins, winky, and DLH<--he basically beat him). Taylor has neither good defense or good movement. He just backs up when people come forward. If Ouma can get Taylor to back up than Trinidad should be able to.

            Taylor UD.
He is athletic and not apt to be hit by big punches.

jermain should learn how to use his reach and height advantage through out the fight and he keeps backing up whenever his opponent would come after him just like with OUMA and WINKY..

but with the tito and taylor match up.. JT is too big for tito IMO JT by late KO

I'd want Tito to have atleast one solid warmup first.

If Tito's ready for the fight, & has got his timing down, would pick Tito, even with the size difference.

Think he's got the shots that can really damage Taylor, & Taylor doesn't have the movement or defence to deal with them once Tito starts finding holes.

Taylors best chance would be push hard & fast from the opening bell, & use his size to keep Tito on the back foot.
If he can do that he might be able to stop him, but I'd still give a solid edge to a prepared Tito going into the bout.

Taylor is bigger quicker and stonger this fight would be over before it began. Tito would be beat worse than he was by hopkins
