                Jake Rodriguez?
Was considered a stepping stone kind of opponent until he beat Charles Murray for the title, then beat a couple highly touted contenders in title defences before running into Tszyu.

He had a couple of decent victories after that, but fell apart after Pernell Whitaker dismantled him.

Here's a few!Although not all of them I would consider bums.

                  -Carlos Baldomir
                  -Carlos Maussa(definetly a bum!)
                  -Antonio Margarito(not a bum,but way overrated)
                  -Eric Aiken
                  -Omar Nino
                  -John Ruiz(borderline)

I remember the espn telecast. They were saying how Murry was this great fighter. And Rodriguez, well I remember them saying that with this title shot and the money that came with it, supposedly his wife had bought a new car after crashing the old car or somthing like that. I also remember they saying Rodriguez wasn't even supposed to put up a fight. As you know he went on a great winning streak after that. But before the Murry fight i had never heard of him before and back then, every tv boxing show i'd watch no matter who was on. And untill he fought Murry thats when i first heard of Rodriguez. But, remember i didnt' call him a bum.

Pac for sure....he is making a name for himself by fighting over the hill bums.,,,,pac has not fought a knock out artist since he was ko'd by a stomach punch,,,he is cherry picking and that is why he doesn't hold a world belt...i think he holds the west manila **** belt and the north manila liquor store robbery regional belt....
