Collazo: "I'd send Cotto back to 140 like I did Hatton"

I don't see why Collazo has suddenly gathered this "badass" ego to him. He beat a ****ing hypejob in Ricky Hatton, one who moved up in weight mind you, and all of a sudden he's the ****? Sorry but he'll need to prove a little more to me than that, I think my grandmother could take Hatton within 6.....and she's dead.
Cotto by brutal body shot KO in the seventh.

Wether he could take Cotto or not, I give him props, it takes balls to call Cotto out after his performance against Quintana.

First and foremost the problem that Quintana presented Cotto was the height/reach/movement combination. He used it well in spots but Cotto was able to adapt. That's where Quintana fell apart. When Cotto switched to southpaw we got to see that Quintana didn't have an answer for that straight left and the handspeed. I think the reason that he was able to dissect Julio so easily after that flash knockdown is because Julio just kept coming with the same approach. Cotto was smarter than that.
A lot of people talk about how Cotto hasn't fought anyone yet (previous to the Quintana fight at least) and how he's going to be exposed once he fights a guy with style "A" or style "B". What they don't realize is that he's been fighting a lot of solid opponents...not world beaters but solid guys...who have presented him with just about every look he's going to see in a ring. Malignaggi and Corley the skilled boxers, N'Dou and Abdullaev the tough guys, Torres the puncher, etc. He has seen a lot of different looks so he can adapt...even if the guy is on a higher skill level than the previously mentioned fighters.
I think Cotto could figure out Collazo's frustrating style. Collazo is there to be hit in some instances when he likes to sit in the pocket and counter. We have seen that even Cotto's grazing body shots and punches that are blocked cause some damage. I don't believe that Collazo would like the body shots that Cotto would give him...Hatton was ****in his body and his punches are not nearly as lethal as Cotto's. I'd say Cotto by late TKO or close decision. Wow...lengthy post sorry.
