Tony Tucker believes he beat mike tyson

I saw a post fight interview of tucker after the fight and tucker says to merchant . "i know i beat tyson and i feel tyson knows i beat him" . i dont agree with what tucker says . But statistics show it was a close fight . Tyson only outlanded tucker by 40 punches . Tucker actually threw more punches than mike but mike landed more . After seeing those statistics i would have to give tucker 4 rounds from the 12. How did you score the fight?.

I remember watching it years ago. As far as i remember it seemed like Tyson won easily if my memorie is correct. I cant answer this question unless i see the fight again. I didnt realize it was close, but the stats given make it seem more close than i thought.
I only remember Tucker catching Tyson with 1or 2 good shots in the whole fight. I maybe wrong though. I cant remember Tucker dis*****g the decision at the time or there was any talk of a dispute. And i dont really think Tyson thought that he lost. I dunno i never asked Tyson

Tucker was an excellent prospect back in the day. But this was Tyson's second most complete performance ever (behind Pinklon fight), he was out-jabbing a much taller guy for example. He clearly won.

Tuckers full of ****! It wasnt even close, he had the rite game plan but wasnt good enough to execute it against the young Phenom!
