and yes id say he lacks pop at 147.

no need to get all defensive.
Take it easy... I honestly forgot...

He concentrates so hard on not getting hit, that is why he is a slippery snake but someone will catch him eventually and then we will see how unbeatable he is.
umm...he said PBF not Pernell Whitaker. And hes been caught, flush, by Judah, the type of Judah right hands that put most fighters on their ass. I think Floyd has a damn good chin to not falter under those flush right hands he eat against judah, or some of the good shots Castillo landed in the first fight.

Floyds weakness is easily his hands, hands down.

One thing that might play into it in the future (if he doesn't retire) is his defense relies heavily on his reflexes. Once his reflexes go down it will especily hurt him because of that style. If you take Winky, he could keep his hands up untill hes 90, Floyd doesn't have that luxury. Either way its not an issue now, right now his big issue is his hands. I think one of the reason he lacks power is he wears huge gloves to protect those hands, but they also cushion his blows. He was still able to fight with a hurt hand effectively against Baldi, but that was against Baldi. If that happends against DLH, especilly early, it could be disastourus. I think floyd took a knee once because of his hand was hurting him so badly, so if it gets that bad it really won't help him.

Floyd rarely engages in a fight, unless trapped.

He does have brittle hands but he doesn't have a lack of power. He has a very high kO % even at 140 and 147. Also if he had a lack of power, people would just walk through his punches and smother him and beat him up like Castillo tried to do. Afterall, everyone that fights him say they are going to crowd and use their size until they get hit and then their plan changes. He kept Zab at bay to the point he didn't even want to take a punch. Baldomir got hit upside the head a few times and then he fell back. So I don't think he has a lack of power, might not have Cotto power but it's decent.

How many Floyd fights have you watched? He is always engaged in the fight, no matter if it's in the middle of the ring or the ropes. he just boxes well. He uses movement, circles his opponent. Goes in and out and side to side, but he never goes straight backwards or gets on his bicycle. he just boxes circles around his opponents.
