This fight is closer than I thought it was before. Before I thought Williams would beat Margarito rather easily. After watching Williams' last fight though, I think he doesnt have enough power to keep Margarito off of him, and he himself gets hit with a lot of punches.

I think Williams can more than hold his own on the inside. These two fighters are very similar, but what makes Paul Williams the better fighter is that his punches are sharper than Margarito's. Margarito will throw some wide ass bombs that make Ricardo Mayorga look like a sharpshooter.

Some people question Williams' chin, but I think he proved he can take a shot when he fought Matthyse. Matthyse had been past 4 rounds once in his career. 24 KOs in 25 fights! That is true welterweight power and Paul Williams took his best shots...

I still think Williams is a bit green and Margo's experience might be the edge. They'll both **** on each other and Williams doesn't use his height to his advantage.

William's defense is just as bad as Margarito's. Whoever can hold up their chin will win.

Exactly! And I'm not sold on Williams chin. I've seen him get hit in a previous fight and it looked as if he was stunned. I'll give the edge to Margarito on this one. it's definitely going to come down to the chin.

I don't think Williams is all that great. I will be rooting for him but I wouldn't be suprised if Margarito beat him.
