The difference here is punching power. Margarito has the stronger punches and will stop Williams late. Williams' defense is just as suspect as Margarito's and his punches are not that hard.

Paul Williams is overated.. He beats up on guys who have moved up 2-3 weights and has a 8 inch reach advantage over.. and he still has troubles ... He is a light puncher.. and his long skinny body presents a nice target for a guy like Margarito , who I predict will cut Williams in half.. and I am Not even close to a Margarito fan..
