If he came back down to 147, Mayweather hands down. Cotto would definately give Floyd a little bit of trouble by cutting the ring off and landing some sick body shots, however I don't think Cotto is at Floyd's level and at the end of the night would be beaten by a considerable lead by UD.

That said if Mayweather didn't come back to 147, Mosley without question.

I'd have to go with SENOR COTTO my friends.

        HOLLAAAAAAAAAR
        Miguel Cotto.
Although I dont think he can beat Floyd, Floyd is seemingly retirting, and its up to Cotto to unify.
I think he can do it.

He's won one match which alot of people thought he would get outboxed. If Floyd comes down to 147 he will unify. Floyd is beatable. Look at Castillo Vs Mayweather. Im pretty sure Cotto could land a good shot in there.

Everyone talks like Mayweather is a god. The man is beatable. It's not only a Cotto bandwagon here.. There's a bandwagon for every god damn fighter.

For some reason, i envision cotto following and stalking floyd around the ring getting stuck along the way. look at the SECOND castillo fight, where castillo did just that. follow floyd around the ring and get stuck. which is exactly what would happen to cotto. Mayweather isnt a God, its just we see him adjust time and again against guys bigger, stronger, in some cases faster etc. Mayweather thinks in the ring, thats why its hard to go against him.

I know exactly what you mean. Floyd is a great fighter but he is beatable. Cotto has a chance. I would be rooting for him to win the fight. Even though he might not win I know he would make it a tough fight. People think that Floyd would just run through Cotto. I can't belive people give Margarito a better chance at beating Mayweather than Cotto beating him.... Do you hear that? That's insane, and pretty much nuthugging them nuts. If anyone has the tools to beat a Mayweather it's Mosley,Williams,Cotto,De La Hoya.. I can't think of anymore.. Those are my picks.. Tony has no chance he would get countered all day 24/7 causing the ref to stop the fight at some time during the fight.Mayweather has some pop.. Alot of people think he doesn't though. What im trying to say is that there are 4 people that have the Tools to PROBALY beat Mayweather..

Mosley would make it an entertaining fight no doubt about it. Very hard fight for Mayweather

De Le Hoya could probaly win this fight by the weight advantage.. No KO in this fight for either fighter.. If anyone is going to get KO'ed it's Mayweather that's if DLH can land that one good shot.

Williams is a southpaw.. could give any fighter problems.. Has some pop also.. This fight could be a threat to Mayweather IMO. Might be untested but i think he has the tools.

Cotto could put up a good fight here..Similar to Castillos style you know.. Being very close IMO.. Cotto also could land good body shots on Mayweather.. Let's just hope he lands a good one lol.

Forgot to add that De La Hoya in his whole career has tasted leather from fighters who hit way harder than Mayweather.. Causing DLH to take Mayweathers punches... Although.. a nice combination could always stop a fight if you can't defend yourself at all.
