He should move back down to welter were he can fight ppl his own size or smaller . There are lots of great match ups out there for him if he can make it ....Ike Vs Mosley ,Ike Vs Zab, Ike VS PBF <<< His jab and power at welter could make the fights interesting alos there is always the chance for a pay back fight with Vargas or a match with Mayorga if they all stick around.

As far as actual boxing goes, who was doing any of that? Winky was flatfooted as hell. If anything, it was a punchout in which neither guy could hurt the other.

I aggree with you, neither was boxing, they both just hit each other consitantly. Margarito boxed more then either of these guys did.

His increasing flat-footedness is leading him to be more of a scrapper, and it made for a good fight. There was a lot of skill displayed. People think just because Wright covers up that he isn't getting hit. His head definitely was jolting around many times as Ike went through the guard with sharp shots. Some people need to learn how to notice these things.

Unfortunately, Wright's repuation preceeds him. This prematurely colors the viewing of the fight for many fans.
Thats what i say about Margarito and other fights i may be talking about. Thing is most people here don't watch much boxing so they don't have the sharp eye and don't know what to look for or what a fighter is doing or trying to do.

U saw Quartey's cheapshot? thats not classy... lol
I understad, but there is a difference between showing class, and kissing ass.

During a fight, there is no need to touch gloves after every little thing. After the fight, im all for class, going to greet your opponent and his corner, lettin him know it was a great fight, but during the fight, i want the fighters to be furious toward one another so that at least you always know, there is a small chance they may knock each other OUT.

Couldn't agree more this fight was much better then expected, & much better then what haters would like to think. It's funny no matter how a fight goes, there always some ******* who thinks it ******.
