There were 2 bull**** knockdowns, without those knockdowns the fight would have been 115-112 for Winky, because the first KD was bull**** and IKE was winning that round, not sure about the second one...either way Ike stepped from Welterweight to Middleweight and won some rounds against the top 3 P4P fighter

Ike was competitive, he actually looked impressive, he just was in with a bigger guy.

It was a very good fight, they both fought hard, & yeah the second knockdown was total BS, but even Jim Lampley thought it was a knockdown at first

This could be the end of the road for Ike. He had a good career. Won some and only lost to elite caliber fighters.

I think Ike could give most of the Welterweights/ Light middleweights some serious problems, I dont think he is done yet, he did'nt look good against Winky, but who does? and also he stepped up from Welterweight to Middleweight, he should fight where he is strong, he fought a bigger stronger opponent who is in the top 3 P4P rankings, and still was competitive. /(remove the bull**** knockdowns and the fight would have been close)

Ike looked just fine. We all knew he wasn't supposed to win this fight. He combos and sharp punches looked good, but he just was not big enough to make up for his lack of activity (650 punches thrown compared to Wright's 1,011).

Ike should definitely take on Ouma in the near future, or another top guy at 154.

I agree both KD's were bull****. But to me the fight looked a bit like the Gatti vs Baldomir fight in which the smaller guy while landing clean didn't seem to have enough pop to really gain the respect of the bigger fighter. Winky seemed to walk right through Ike's punches. Ike was a competitive live opponent but I dont think he ever really controled any aspect of the fight.

It was a very good fight.

Winky dominated. Quartey won AT MOST 3 rounds. It was WINKY WRIGHT from round 1
