JEFF LACY looked more like a SHOT fighter then anything else...

He was done by the 3rd or 4th round. Emotionally, mentally, and physically.

it didnt matter how hard he trained, he will still fade early in the fights. He was out mentally midway throught the fight.

The right down the middle was working everytime he tried it, but he almost completely dispensed with it as the rounds went on. He was mentally exhousted.

The kid no longer has what it takes to compete at the highest of levels. He'll never beat a high level oppenent for the rest of his career.

      Yea he is done.

He looked good for the first few rounds, and i guess thats what it'll be like for the rest of his career.

He has little head movement his face is a still target. I give him credit for taking some brutal shots. He needs to take notes from Winky or something.

Physically, he should not have problems as he is young. I think his problem has to do with confidence. Having too much confidence is bad and having little is bad also. Lacy has both at the same time. He has all the confidence in the world because he thinks he will rip his opponent's head off in 2 rounds, then that does not happen and he quits mentally and starts looking like a fish out of water.

Age is meaningless in boxing. Its all about the Damage you've taken.

And CALZAGHE-LACY was like goin throught 5 CASTILLO-CORRALES's for LACY.

But ur right about his confidence. I think its a mix of everything. Hes in a world of hell right now and i dont think he'll ever come out of it

Well it sounded like Lacy hurt his shoulder, but he didn't look good IMO.

He was lucky he was against someone not known well or it might have been a draw. Lacy had like no head movement at all. He got wobbled at the end of the 8th. If that fight went 12 Lacy would have lost.

In my honest oppinion, i think LACY would have been stopped if there was another round. Or even another 30-40 seconds left on the clock

I think he looks that way after taking all that time off. He was suppose to fight in June or July against Allan Green, but backed out.

The best thing for Lacy to do is study old Mike Tyson tapes. You can't be 5'8" and fight at 168 unless you're fighting like Tyson did.
