  • Ricardo Torres Let You Down Too?

With all they talk about Cotto fighting this weekend, I cant help to think about Ricardo Torres and their BAD ASSS WAR. It made me a HUGE fan of Ricardo Torres so much that when I was at the GRAND FINALE i was macking to the pinays/latinas at the Thomas and Mack Center until I hear Torres was fighting so I ditched the chicks and ran back to my RINGSIDE seat only to watch a rather disapointing snooze fest where Torres was knockdown and many people felt he lost that fight? What happened to the warrior who FLOORED COTTO? Stood toe to toe with Cotto and gave us one hell of a fight?

Now Torres even has a belt so whats next for him? Will we see that all out WAR that made me a big fan of him as he did with Cotto? Or will we see some more snoozefest fights with shady decisions?

I think Arnoutis style just didnt work in Torres's favor. Cotto comes forward and likes to pound away, and that gave Torres some openings.

The bad thing about mike was that he took long breaks during the fight.

Yea I've always felt cotto could have trouble against a good boxer, which is why i think He will loose to Quintana.

That's what happens when one expect's great things from a fighter based on a fight he actually lost.

Mike being a southpaw made it more difficult. and im sure that Torres hasn't fought many southpaws. Everyone has problems with them.

TRUE. from my ringside seat it actually looked like he was either playing possum or he literally just took long asss breaks cause Torres was jabbing like 15 unanswered jabs and all he did was like cover up partially? he did this for a couple of rounds and i see how the judges def gave those rounds to Torres.

WOW thats a bound prediction on Cotto for tom night? We'll see how it pans out especially with the extra weight????
