    one judge had it 116 - 111.

But face it. He was never in the fight and was shaken badly in the first round, plus caught with big shots later.
He never really caught Barrera with anything special.

Id say he probably was taken to school, or at least spanked. One more fight and he pissed off becuase he knew he couldnt shout his mouth off anymore.
    In a word...owned.

Remember, Barrera was forced to completely changed his boxing style for Hamed - pretty much bowing to the fact he'd be picking himself up off the canvas otherwise.
It was after the Jones fight the Barrera and company, decided to change his style. I belive that had Barrera not lost to Jones by ko, we may have never seen Barrera the boxer. And I don't belive he bowed down to Hamed by not BRAWLING with him after all, he did have Hamed backing away at times, Barrera was just out to win the fight.

He changed his style because he was smart and ultimatly the better boxer.
If Barrera fought the same way back in 94/95 he would have beaten Hamed.
Hamed tried boxing Barrera but it idnt work. He tried using power, that didnt work.
I dont believe his reflexes slowed that much. It wasnt that Naz had become easier to hit, but Kelly, Sanchez and Barrera knew wen to catch it, and what shots to throw.

If you watch the documentary 'Little Prince, Big Fight' you see a huge contrast in training between Hamed and Barrera. Hamed is 'training' publicly at a five-star hotel, but more concerned about his hairstyle and the gloves he wanted to use than anything else. Barrera was locked away in a hut in the moutains, training like an animal.

Seriously, Hamed was being beaten up by sparring partners before the fight, and then would just call sparring off and start joking around. Was weird. He seemed out of control, and was running the show, and delusionally over-confident (even though he was looking **** in training).
