He boxed him, in and out and gave him angles. Also pshyced Hamed out a bit, by boxing instead of slugging as he said he was going to do, then he roughed up Hamed up, threw Hameds game plan out the window, cause even though Barrera was boxing, he was still very dangerous cause Barrera has power.

Barrera took him to school and it was tough cuz I love The Prince. He was my fave fighter as a kid. But Barrera has just so much great technical precision, and Hamed wasn't even on his level with skill. Hamed was only about 1 punch at a time and had no balance. That fight shows why Barrera was better than Morales, cuz he could adapt.

I was going for the Prince all the way in that fight. And it's not true that Hamed had no skill, he had all the boxing skill in the world, but he lost focus and interest in boxing. He thought Barrera wanted to brawl with him, so he went in knowing he would knock him out. Barrera was an animal in that fight. But a more focused Prince Naseem Hamed would have KO'd Barrera in the later rounds.

Dude, Hamed had nothing for Barrera. He fell in love with his power at the end of his career and didn't throw any combos or anything like that. Barrera had him mentally when he went out there mean looking, that took Hamed's heart a bit.

Yeah, Barrera came well prepared with no distractions, against Hamed unlike when he fought pacquioa.

your exactly right ... ive never seen somebody fight just as good southpaw and orthodox as hamed with knock out power in either stance beautiful jabs... he fooled around too much and him not fooling around alone would have made him more technical .. i think he underestimated berarra... barerra is a hell of a fighter a converted southpaw and does not get in as good as shape as paqciou ... i wanna see the pacqiou bererra rematch
