I would. Their fight was an action packed, fiercely competitive slugfest where both men traded heavy punches and hurt one another often. I think Lewis really deserves recognition for the win but he didn't impress me as being superior to Vitali or having a clear cut upperhand in that fight. I also doubt a 2nd fight would end the same way, as Vitali's cut was almost freakishly bad. I'm not saying Vitali would win, but I think the odds are someone would come out on top via knockout or stoppage in the mid to late rounds.

This is complete fantasy as Vitali will likely never fight again but let's say both men are in good health and return to the form they were at before their retirement (no rust, injuries etc.). Who wins?

I would "definately" buy it if they came back. That being said, I remember watching cold pizza this year and they asked Lennox if he is gonna make a comeback and he immediatly answered no and started talking about chess or something.

Definitely. After the first fight, I would be wetting myself in anticipation. But second fights rarely ever live up to the first 1

Especially when one guy has been out of boxing for 3 1/2 years and the other 2 years. I hope this fight remains a "what if". This fight would probably be pretty sloppy and ugly. Both guys pack a punch though, so at least you could anticipate a KO.

But I think the lay off could mean that both fighters just rely on their power and heart, meaning it could be an all out war.

No doubt. Thats exactly what it would probably be. Except I don't think either guy would be able to fight very long. It would be a rush to land the first big shot. I think it COULD be exciting, but will also be an ugly fight. I'm not saying I wouldn't watch.

                    definitely.

this fight brought the most argument already.
                    if it happen.
                    it will bring argument again.
                    how exciting!
