Their are pro bodybuilders that couldnt lift 500. This is besides the point but weight wise i think Shannon Briggs would outlift rock.

Or at least I think he can, I can't remember where I read it at. It was before the 2nd Maskaev fight, in an article someone said that Hasim was stronger than before that he was benching a little over 500. Hasim is pretty big though.

Pound for pound I'd say it's Shane Mosley, he benches 350 and squats 500.. that's coming from a natural lightweight.

um lb 4 lb Rahman still banches more 500 lbs is more than 350 lbs. Though I doubt he benches that. And no matter his size
there is a huge difference between 350 and 500 lbs
Hell im 30 and havent palyed any sports in yrs but goto gym and can bench 315 bls. 500 lbs is alot!

Its possible. Larry Allen, old left tackle for the Cowboys has benched 730 before.

Thats some beast strength for Mosley's weight.

not realy, well yeah its alot,

But Rahman benches 260lbs over his weight, while Mosely only 196 lbs over his weight.
Thats how they asses lb 4 lb in weight lifting!
