At there prime I'd say jcc
Pacman has good speed but I think chavez has faced guys with pac hand speed if not better.
Jcc chin was so good there were stories about him haveing extra thick skull.
I don't think pacs body has been tested at 130 but I'm sure he has worked on it since his body shot ko.
But jcc body attack will take pacs speed away. And the later rounds jcc would pick him apart with the skill

I hold Sanchez in higher regard than pacman because of what i have seen from both of them, period. And i definately think prime RJJ beats Prime Calzhage because nobody has ever beaten roy at his own game, boxing. Ever. Mauling him maybe, but boxing? No.

Pac KO Chavez. Pac would just dart his straight lefts and get out all night. Pac already proved that hard chins are myths when he KOed Erik Morales who Mexican fight fans said has the best chin ever ever lived. This is no different.
