Why does Valero deserve a shot at Pacman???

What has he done besides knock out 18 cans in 1 round?

Let him face some top opposition first like joan guzman or rocky jaurez, humberto soto first.

I dont get it edwin valero would be a nice fight but he aint gonna make money cause he cant fight in the states the guy lives in japan...he cant even get sanctioned in the states because of a brain trauma.

its a high risk low reward fight...

I agree. His career is being freakin' handled just for that ****** consecutive knockout record. Lame...

    He's not very good either.

Yes agree. There should be an eliminator fight between either Soto and Guzman and the winner gets the shot at PACMAN

ya and its dumb to put pacquiao out there after he had to face top competition and build up the pacman name and then if this valero guy beats pacman he didnt even have to fight top competition to get a name...its messed up.

the guy has to earn his way...he needs to fight 2 or 3 top guys! he cant get the money fighter on his first shot even if he has a title.

Lets face it guys pacman and oscar are the biggest attractions in boxing righ tnow...floyd aint a draw even though he is the best p4p skill wise....entertainment wise he is boring.

Besides being the only guy arum could get, he has done nothing.
Arums last good 130 pounder was already past his prime. The only fights that pac could take that will make him money are MAB and JMM but they are golden boy fighters.

I saw 3 of his 1st round KOs and wasnt impressed. I heard he fought completely different when he got past the first round though.

Valero is the champ for the WBA at 130 lbs, Pac is his no 1 avaliable contender, why not let him pick up a belt in front of the home folks and then fight Marco for his in a unification clash?
