like i said, pac-tards should STFU about steroids
Sorry but its Floyd that had those T/E ratios that looked su****ious.

Sorry but its Floyd that had been reported/rumored to have failed some tests.

Sorry but its Floyd that had used an illegal method without having a prior TUE approval. Got saved by his friend USADA ....

Sorry but its FLoyd that told YOU and you believed him that he was supposedly 100% ALL NATURAL .... now we know its a crock!!!

Yup, here is what the head of the WADA TUE Committee had to say about the RETRO TUE. Floyd should NOT have received a RETRO TUE. You do not get one as easily as USADA gave them out.

WADA's TUE Expert on how athletes use & abuse TUE's:

    https://soundcloud.com/offtheball/wa...use-abuse-tues

"They gave Floyd a RETRO TUE and only came to light 21 days after the fight. Wow, USADA is doing that because they are getting paid. USADA is supposed to be a body that is supposed to be completely independent. Wow, its a murky world. Yes it is murky and quite frankly sensed disappointment.

"When it comes to RETRO TUEs". Made only when you do not have enough time to apply. Lets say someone gets injured on the field and goes to surgery that night .... and post-op they give him drugs. Its totally acceptable. You get the anesthetists report, the surgeons report then you put all that on the TUE form. Perfectly acceptable. That is what a RETRO TUE is all about. An URGENT .... Someone has an anaphylactic allergic reaction and needs the drugs (URGENTLY).

Right, that is not someone who is going to play at tennis open final or race at the Tour de France. No (its not for that). That is when I challenge the system. Its a red flag."

"I TOTALLY AGREE. It doesn't smell right to me. To enable you to compete, you get a RETRO TUE to get an IV? What were they giving him and why couldn't they rehydrate him orally, clinically, that is what we do. You do not need an IV unless you are vomiting and have diarrheas and cannot drink orally and if that all happens then you will not be entering the ring against Manny Pacquiao."

and as we ALL witnessed, Floyd was able to drink orally, not vomiting and not running to no restroom every 2 minutes .... I even have a video of him laughing it up as he leaves MGM saying that he needs to go to sportsbook (to delay some more) to bet on the basketball game"

In case you didn't know, here is Floyd drinking just before getting the IV

Manny wanted to fight and at that point in time, they already made their decision to fight. Of course, they discussed that it would require meds. They were refused.

IF the NSAC says that you either fight naturally without the meds or do not fight. Then how do you think that Manny's team will be responding?

      2) The NSAC said that they needed time:
"the NSAC denied it because the injury wasn't reported to them beforehand."

NSAC chairman Francisco Aguilar told Pugmire, "If the injury was disclosed at the weigh-in, we could've had a conversation and handled it differently. When you come at 6:30 with the fight at 8, that's a different conversation."
      I'll tell you what's lame:

      1. The NSAC doctors examined him and found no proof of injury.

      2. His own doctor said he was back to normal strength and that it was nothing out of the ordinary.

      3. They said they needed more time IF HE PROVIDED AN MRI! They said after the doctors examined him, it was an EASY DECISION.

      4. Arum said they informed NSAC in writing. HE LIED.

      5. Pac's team said they told USADA about the injury. THEY LIED!

Looks like you conveniently left out the part about the NSAC doctors.

Arum said no injury, PAC said no injury, the doctor said no injury, NSAC said no injury....... now ADP02 says there was an injury. LMAO.

Anything else you need to know about this lying team with no damn injury? It was an excuse for being made into a sparring partner and you know it.

Still writing novels but when it comes time for you to admit that Mayweather tried to fight Prime Pac....

        DEFLECTION TIME.

Did you find out if EPO is a threshold substance yet? You gave up? Looks like your conspiracy theory is just as ****ty as the videos here. Come on. Been waiting for you to write me an essay about how EPO is measured by WADA labs as a threshold substance.

Don't tell me that the IV would be useless. Why... that would destroy your entire theory! Lol

                    * Pac did not stop throwing his right following the 4th round

Well he did, does an injured runner who tore a ligament unable to run anymore? Off course he can still run, but not at 100%. Pac in his Flurry tore it. Look at this sequence below, he could have finished off Floyd right here, there was plenty of time left, but he strangely backed-off when he could have finished him right there. What people didn't realize after this, he was nursing a tear for the rest of the fight. He can still throw his right, but do you really expect it to still have the same bite as when it wasn't torn? He didn't tell his corner? Ah maybe coz it's televised and telling the world you are injured is like telling a shark you are easy prey. Don't you think Floyd's team won't smell that if Pac said in his corner he's injured. Boxing 101 kid, you don't tell your opponent your injured. You hide the pain, If you let them know you are, then you become an easy prey. Finding someone's weakness and exploiting it is part of the game.

                    Pac's explanation.

@ 2:57:" I was disappointing with myself (throwing barrages on Floyd on the 4th round) because he was leaning on the ropes and I was attacking him, starting my pressure to him, but when I threw my hand I feel like I cut my hands. I feel like I didn't have my right hand. "

After a Flurry he backed off, this is when he tore it.

@ 1:33 -1:42 Pac Flurries and strangely stops the onslaught. He could have finished Floyd right there.

You hide the pain, If you let them know your easy prey then on out.
