    Who Gives Murray A Chance?

I haven't seen too much of Murray. Just the Sturm & Navarro fights. He didn't look remotely hurt (I mean proper hurt) in either one.

    On a skill level I'd rate him a 4 to Martinez's 10.

But I just have this feeling that he could pull off an upset next April.

Sergio will be 38 by fight time and coming off two major injuries.

I'm not saying that Murray will win, just that he has a good chance.

If I can get decent odds on a Murray win I'll shove a few quid on it.

murray is more tough than i first thought but i really think martinez movement in this fight will bamboozle murray it should be competetive for at least the whole 12 rounds but i got martinez winning on points but very wide points win indeed

I dont think he will win, but i can see him giving Martinez more trouble than people (mostly Americans/ South Americans) are predicting.

Ultimately i see the same result as Barker and Macklin though...

I dont give him a chance. He isn't fast enough on his feet or with his punches. His main asset is his strength which Martinez wont allow him to use.

oh hang on. Sorry, back to topic. I am usually right on these things about 8% of the time.

This could be that 8%. Don't say I didn't tell you so.

I'd say Murray has a chance.

Martinez is coming off knee surgery and his style is heavily based on mobility...who knows if he'll be the same fighter ever again.

I don't rate him highly, maybe with another year of challenging fights he could come along that extra 10% but from what I've seen he has no realistic chance. I thought Sturm edged him, and Sturm was a better style match-up for him as well as being a level or two below Martinez.
