  • How good are these undefeated Brits?

    Light heavyweight:

    Tony Bellew 3 (3) -0 - 0 AGED 24

A seasoned Amateur who campaigned at Heavyweight campaigning as a pro at light heavy.

    Super middleweight:

    Kenny Anderson 5 (5) - 0 - 0 Aged 25

    Middleweight:

    Darren McDermott 14 (9) - 0 - 0 Aged 29

    Welterweight:

    Kell Brook 15 (8) - 0 - 0

Haven't seen much of any, only Kenny Anderson, destroying some bums at the commonwealth games, he looks exciting to me.

Kell Brooke looks to be wrapped in cotton wool looking at this record. I saw John Murray but he struggled and it can't have been his best showing.

McDermot at 29 needs to hurry up surely?

Im from Liverpool and Bellew is in the Liverpool Echo's boxing page a fair bit.

He won silver at the commonwealth games and the first two guys he has fought had shocking records.

He can **** though but he is untested against quality opposition yet.

Well I saw Tony Bellew at the ABA finals in 2006, at Bethnal Green, and he wasnt anything special to me then. I think he fought Danny Price if I remember correctly... I dont know about his potential. His amateur pedigree was good but professional ranks are different and thats where you gotta shine. I dont rate him to go anywhere, but then I havent seen him since then, and now he's pro his style might have changed. Thats my 2 cents on him, never seen any of the others.

As an amatuer i saw Tony Bellew box a few times and he was an absoulte show man, great style...very entertaining... quite the crowd pleaser and he show boats real good. I expect big things and i'm not suprised that Warren picked him up.

Mentioned him already in here before actually.

Haven't seen him as a pro..but mark my words, Warren will make sure by the end of the decade that he's got a world alphabet title by the end of it.

            -=--------------------------

Kell Brook is from Sheffield and he's meant to be the ****. I trained with his cousin a few times and he says he predicts big things from him. Although suffering from a few injuries and set backs... as an Ingle fighter... you can't go wrong.

Brook is fighting Kevin McIntyre some time soon for the Commonwealth Title so that should tell us a bit more about him. The fight was originally supposed to be in Paisley but I have heard it will now be in England.

Watched Kell Brook last night. He looks very good, fast, powerful, good reflexes etc.

I think he has a good chance of winning a world title at some point, he certainly seems to have the potential based upon last night.
