Lol now that's a fun ass fantasy fight. I'll take Foreman by early to mid KO, but I bet it's a barn burner while it lasts.

I will say this. Ruddock was a lot better fighter than he gets credit for these days. He became a one handed fighter but had considerable talent and was not always so limited. Razor also had a chin. I actually think this is a bad match up for George, kind of like the lyle fight where he managed, but where either man could have prevailed.
I don't see anything that stands out as to why this fight would be any different than the Lyle fight.

Foreman smashes. Superior power, punch selection, chin, heart, superior everything pretty much. Ruddock had zero defense. He would eat that penetrating power jab which would allow Foreman to time him.
The bigger question is if they fought in the early 90s. I still say Big George would prevail. Ruddock can't fight going backwards and like every puncher ever, they would run into an immovable object of earth shattering force with Foreman and if they can only fight going forward, they're toast.

Foreman had a great chin. I could see him absorbing Razor's famed Smash.
Could Ruddock's chin hold up against Big George's heavy artillery for 12 rounds?

Tyson couldn't really land solidly, he had trouble dealing with Ruddock's size at close range.
Foreman certainly could, and his power is on Lewis' level. Ruddock isn't eating that. within 3 rounds it's over.

Im thinking if he came in at his best... But not post Tyson.

Not a fan of Ruddock myself. The man had 4 chances(Tyson, Lewis, Morrison) to make it big and he got annihilated every single time. He's exactly the type of victim George preyed upon.
