I think Valuev is bad enough that I would go with Primo. For such a big guy, Valuev was never really a big hitter.

Primo is slow enough for me to believe he's the only HW champion in history Valuev would punch faster than.

I'm not so sure about Primo's chin either, but I'm pretty sure the dude hit plenty hard enough and even though he's not exactly a stamina guy I'd say in this case he has the stamina.

Chin, and speed I'd give to Valuev, stamina and power to Carnera, I'm seeing an MD for Carnera

From the fights I’ve seen Primo was really uncoordinated even compared to Valuev. I don’t think either had much confidence. Still as light punching Valuev was, I think he could establish a jab at least and win. I expect the fight to take place on a barge somewhere. Everyone goes home dissatisfied.

Totally agree. The real kicker here is that valuev has a decent jab. That jab would win this fight.
