Lance passed the majority of tests when there wasn't adequate testing, especially for EPO. Once a urine test for EPO was developed, his past samples were retested and they failed.

He also failed one time before, but he offered some money to the UCI and they helped him cover it up with a TUE. Unfortunately for all of them, it was proven that the TUE broke the UCI's rules that were clearly stated in the rulebook. He shouldn't have been able to get away with that. Instead of you mistakenly railing against USADA who was up his ass with a flashlight, you should be railing against the UCI when it comes to Lance.

And calling BHop HGH Popkins or whatever you called him certainly seems like you are perpetuating an unsubstantiated accusation. Shame on you!
