I don't know if Pacquiao wanted Marquez to do BALCO testing (whatever that means.) But I do know that Marquez told Pacquiao to bring it on...he would do ANY testing Pac wanted as long as Pac did it too.
Pacquiao b¡tched out and backed down at that point. Your guess as to why is as good as mine.Comment

The same USADA testing that is used by the US Olympic teams and that busted Lance Armstrong, yes.

FBI spent 10-20 Million$$$ investigating the postal team members and was fixing to imprison half of them for perjury for the slightest mistake people make when subjected to criminal grilling.
This is the same FBI who had the names and plans of the 911 hijackers and sat on their thumbs.
Lance cut a confession deal to pay a fine and reimburse Postal to keep his loyal teammates out of jail and kill the investigation.
Lance never failed a drug test and was the most tested athlete in the world during that time.
You still dumb.Comment

The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency on Wednesday released its evidence against Lance Armstrong – a massive dossier of more than 1,000 pages with sworn testimony from 26 people, including 15 cyclists with knowledge of Armstrong's doping activities on the U.S. Postal Service Cycling team.
USADA said the evidence includes "direct documentary evidence including financial payments, emails, scientific data and laboratory test results that further prove the use, possession and distribution of performance enhancing drugs by Lance Armstrong and confirm the disappointing truth about the deceptive activities of the USPS Team, a team that received tens of millions of American taxpayer dollars in funding."
And you could have done a little google search and figured out you were wrong. Just type in "lance armstrong timeline." You should see something like this mentioned.
2012: A federal criminal investigation into doping includes interviews of witnesses close to Armstrong but closes without charges. The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency then charges Armstrong with cheating. Armstrong denies doping, but chooses not to fight the charges, prompting USADA to issue a lifetime ban on competition. USADA later releases a detailed report of doping allegations, including devastating sworn statements from several of Armstrong's former teammates. Armstrong is pushed off the board of the Livestrong foundation and major sponsors Nike, Anheuser-Busch and Oakley cut ties with him. The International Cycling Union strips Armstrong of his Tour de France victories and bans him for life.Comment

Other fighters weren't promising the fad Olympic drug test like GB and silly boy Floyd promised but never came close to delivering...Duh!Comment

Investigation was millions of $$$ over several years of Fed threats and taxing lawyer fees for a dozen or more "witnesses" who changed their stories with every threat.
Last year of the tour Lance came out of years of retirement and and won 3rd place in spite of a broken shoulder. He supplemented Tour drug testing with his own daily drug testing with the values posted online for daily comment.
No sporting org, drug tester, or athlete has ever come close to that gold standard.
So basically, no convictions of witnesses and enablers secured with a confession of the superstar sugared with "kickbacks" to the big shots who ruled over this "cleanest TDF era in history" as was touted by the media and orgs.
Really, sad you dolts insist on butchering everything you pass Gas about.Comment

It would take a bonafide halfwit to bet against Ho'kins taking juice. The man is a proven cheater as evinced by his actions during several high profile fights where he tried to fake injuries from imagined low blows. We saw this too many times for coincidence. Ho'kins is already a cheater before any allegations of juice are mentioned.Comment

If they made PED's for intellect, you would certainly need an overdose.

What does that have to do with the mound of proof of against Lance that USADA dropped and their roll in bringing him down. I think the info. I've already posted was quite clear, but it's not a surprise that you can't understand it.
Carry on with your bias agenda. When you show me B.Hop's failed test, I'll say you're onto something. Until then, you just come across like a jealous imbecile who slanders all time great boxers who've worked hard to get where they are. It's disgusting what you're doing. Shame on you!Comment

Perfect logic there, buddy.Comment

That has absolutely nothing to do with any kind of proof that he abused PED's.
