He also arguably won all 12 rounds vs an ATG heavyweight in Wlad, and won 10/12 rounds vs Wilder. Foreman was a slow powerful/plodding contender he couldn't lick Tyson Fury's face never mind punch it. Take off your nostalgic glasses you deluded bunch of sex-free morons. Tyson Fury is easily the best HW of all time. Foreman could barely beat Moorer who was about as good a HW as Tom Dallas.
IS every HW who beats a 38 year old champ, the greatest of all time too?

liston that is acres better than wladdy, btw.

thats even equating "clay mouthing off when he knew he wasnt the greatest" with being the same as YOUR/Callys opinion of someone being the greatest.

c'mon, dont start an argument thats doomed to fail.

Tyson Fury's best win was against a old Wladimir Klitschko where he ran and landed 86 punches in 12 rounds and then had a draw against unskilled Deontay Wilder and landed 84 punches in 12 rounds.

To put this too perspective a 42 year old Foreman landed 188 punches against prime 28 year old Evander Holyfield. Foreman landed 225 punches against the hard punching Tommy Morrison. 249 punches vs Axel Schulz, 296 punches vs Lou Savarase, and 284 punches against Shannon Briggs. If you honestly believe landing 80 or so punches in 12 rounds is going to beat Foreman or any other half way decent boxer from the 90's then you should give up on boxing. For those who say Tyson Fury has a great defense. No Tyson Fury runs. He knows he can't take a punch. He just runs and slaps with his punches and casuals call it amazing boxing.

For those who say Tyson Fury befuddled Deontay Wilder. You mean just like Artur Szpilka? Deontay Wilder is a crude, unskilled boxer who best win in his career came against morbidly obese, old high blood pressure having Luis Ortiz. Lets call a spade a spade. Shannon Briggs was a better pro than Luis Ortiz.

So anyway Foreman up until the Pierre Coezter bout would stop Tyson Fury. Foreman from Michael Moorer till he retired would probably just win a decision.
100 percent correct. Lots of deluded folks on this forum. The level between eras is too great. A b level fighter from the 90s is an A level fighter today.

Ray Austin, Derrick Lewis, Tony Thompson? Yeah this clearly made him the best heavyweight of all time. I think you are the one who is clearly a idiot.

So my point still stands. Fury fought a 39 year old timid old Wlad and landed online 86 punches in 12 rounds. He ran and slapped his way to a win. Then he had a draw against the crude hype job Deontay Wilder and landed only 84 punches in 12 rounds .If any so called top fighter landed less than 100 punches in a 12 round fight in the 90s they would of been bashed for it.

Tyson Fury also got knocked down by Neven Pajkic. Tyson Fury can't take a punch. Which is why he runs constantly. Beating a old man in a boring fight and getting a draw against hype job Wilder doesn't equate to being a world class fighter. It shows how horrible the heavyweight division has been since Lennox Lewis retired. You think Andy Ruiz would of beat guys like like Lennox Lewis, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield or even old George Foreman then you should quit watching boxing.
            Beautiful post I completely agree

              - -Sonny was drinkin' up acres of whiskey in training for the 1st fight.

2 ko title wins and two ko title losses in title fights in no way better than Wlad, but hey , ya obviously like the koolaide, so slurp away.

                    - -You quoting old wives tales ain't accumulated boxing wisdom.

Name the three best pretitle wins for Sonny and I'll match em head to head with Wlad's.

Stay tuned boys, this gonna be rich!

You rate him higher than Holmes, Wlad and Lennox ? Higher than Ali and Tunney ?

How do you see him faring against an opponent with a reach advantage over him such as Carnera or Audley Harrison ?
