A Prime Holmes beats most of the greats in my view. Very underrated.

He would've been a tough night for any heavyweight. He had a killer jab.

Holmes is not underrated at all. He is typically rated top 5 or certainly top ten ATG hwt champion. I believe he loses to Ali, Louis, Dempsey and Tyson but beats most others.

Holmes main technical flaw was dropping that jab leaving him vulnerable for right hands.

This. People might not talk about him a lot, maybe he doesnt get a lot of threads or a lot of highlight videos on youtube, mainly because the competion available was weak in his era... but he is usually rated pretty high in the ATG heavyweight rankings. So he definitely gets a lot of credit.

He wasn't a one punch KO machine like Foreman or Tyson so yeah he may not get as much buzz. However when people get serious and list the best HW's historically he's always near the top of the list.

Number 2 all time in consecutive title defenses/Number 1 in consecutive title knockouts(heavyweight)/Number 3 in longest title reign

Well if you count when he beat Norton, yes. But he was lineal when he won against the shell of Ali, who came out of retirement in 1980, but a 5 year reign is still damn good. And that still counts as 12 title defenses, so his legacy as an ATG heavyweight is still cemented.
