Boxing call question
08-16-2018, 01:14 AM
I remember a boxing call that went something like.... _______ goes down like a tree struck by lightning. I can’t recall the bout. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If so I say bad call (announcing). IMO Foreman's fall to the canvas doesn't fit that simile.

Yeah, didn't that Colonel guy do the commentary who sometimes called boxing matches back then? Was he known to call a lot of sports or boxing then?
