Speaking of compilers, check out a guy in MMA named Travis Fulton. Over 250 wins, but none against anyone of note. At least Moore has good wins and was a legit champion. I don't think anyone's really claiming a great resume on Rocky's part, just that there didn't seem to be top opponents that were avoided, like with Mayweather. You seldom hear that Rocky should've fought this guy or that guy or this major fight didn't happen for whatever reason.

When you're a big star, it usually is pretty easy. And I didn't say he gets all the blame, but the fights still didn't happen, so that will always work against him.
