Agreed. That was the linchpin for his downfall in that contest. By starting the fight in orthodox he pretty much gift wrapped that win for Ray.

I had it 114-114 so Hagler keeps his title but fails to get the win for me.

I had it 115-113, 7 rounds to 5 for Leonard last time I watched the fight. Not only fighting orthodox, but just not throwing near enough punches to win enough rounds.
