Hagler/Leonard I don't think was that controversial. I watched the fight a few years ago and gave it to Leonard 7 rounds to 5. Hagler just gave away those early rounds by fighting conventional instead of southpaw and started too slow. He would've needed a knockdown or to dominate most of the later rounds to really win. And while we're on the subject of De La Hoya, he should've also got the nod against Trinidad. If Oscar was really that tired, he could've stayed back a little more and caught Felix coming in, but you don't just run like that unless it's the last round and you've clearly won.Comment
