Uncatalogued, unedited, untransferred to newer mediums, means nigh unwatchable for those heirs to come who will tear through your estate searching for quick value. Your vhs collection will hit the jumble sales.

Have you done aught, sir, to prevent this **** of legacy? Have you posted some of these on YouTube to share with the world?

First I have been converting vhs to dvd for years. Most of that is done and I went through the tapes twice over the last ten years to make sure I didn't mess fights.
I would have just thrown the vhs away but I might want to go through them again.

They are not unedited, they have been transferred and have been cataloged. Additionally I have traded and added more fights than I have recorded which I never thought would be possible as I have recorded every fight for the last 30 years. All I have added through *******s or trades are only of dvd or better quality. Just to keep up with the times I also have five externals with many TB's of HD files.

I would never sell my collection because I probably will never stop collecting. As I said it will leave it up to my wife.

Youtube: I did share some there

Grreat stuff, T Bear. You can answer almost anything boxing related. With such a source you could write books or hire yourself and/or your library out to authors. Many top authors do not do their own research.

Great stuff. I gotta catalogue by DVD collection too. I have a lot more TV shows though than fights, but still.
