Just unification/lineal fights or does something like Martin-Glazkov count?

              Undefeated world champions.

Neither of those were world champions onto that fight, only regional champions I think.

Checked WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO through and there's no more such fights.

                So these are the fights:

                1971 (31-0 WBA) Ali - Frazier (26-0 WBA/WBC), Frazier UD15
                1987 (30-0 WBA/WBC) Tyson - Tucker (34-0 IBF), Tyson UD12
                1988 (34-0 WBA/WBC/IBF) Tyson - Spinks (31-0 IBF), Tyson KO1
