What did Liston say against Clay?

      • WK showed little heart in losing efforts. Purity, a bum, knocked him silly as did BRewster as did his other wipe out loss. The Klit brothers would not be favored to come back to win vs any to provide opposition. Front runners

        • Liston was a battle worn old hwt when he fought Ali. In his prime he fought and did not quit with a broken jaw. VK in a winning fight quits because his shoulder hurts too much. A significant difference don't you say?

You think so? The entire boxing world saw Liston as an indestructible monster when he beat Patterson. Hardly shopworn and old. And then he quits on his stool and subsequently quits after taking a phantom punch.

Here we go again! Yes, we get it... in your opinion VK was a coward, and can therefore not be called an ATG.

But why won't you answer a simple question: Has Holyfield's quit job against Williams also disqualified him from ATG status?

Don't worry, I hold the same opinion of both Klits--bums, not all time greats. Vlad had a Phd in sports and couldnh't figure out that in boxing you have to hit your opponent to win.

                  • --- Let us not forget Ali quit the first Liston fight and the Manila frazier fight but for Dundee shoving him back in the ring when you dearies talk about legacies.

Listen from 58 to 62 and Tyson from 86 to 89 maybe?
